I contacted GASPRO TECH SERVICES for the purpose of booking a furnace cleaning job. It was a Sunday afternoon when I called and expected to end up speaking with a voice mail. To my surprise and delight, the phone was answered immediately by the owner (Tom) who was pleasant and helpful. The furnace cleaning was easily scheduled for the same week.

On the date of service, Tom himself (Owner/Certified Gas Technician) showed up nice and early. He was professionally dressed and eager to begin the job. Tom was thorough, conscientious and kept me well-informed throughout the progress of the job. His attention to detail was impressive, so much so in fact, that I requested for him to conduct an overall furnace inspection, as well as an inspection of my complete air conditioning system. Tom very quickly demonstrated his passion for this type of work and walked me through every step of the process as he completed the added jobs.

This guy knows his stuff and was clearly proud to humbly share his knowledge with me as he worked. The final job was completed within a reasonable time period and I was extremely satisfied with the work. Tom's positive, friendly attitude and gentle good humour made a lasting favorable impression on me.

I will continue reaching out to GASPRO Tech Services again in the future and have already recommended the company to a neighbour. At the end of the job, Tom took a considerable amount of time ensuring the work space around the furnace and area was left clean and tidy. I should also mention that the final cost of this job was more than competitively priced; it was absolutely reasonable. Tom is a great guy with a funny personality and an energetic outlook. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout his time within my home.
